Adjust paid seats

Pro team owners have the flexibility to adjust the number of paid seats. Whether you're on an annual or monthly Pro team plan, you can add paid seats at any time to accommodate team growth. Teams on monthly billing also have the option to reduce paid seats if needed.

Add seats for annual subscriptions

For annual Pro team plans, you can add editor seats.

To add editor seats for your annual subscription:

1. Click adjust editor seats on the Billing tab's Overview page.

2. Enter the number of editor seats to add. We'll calculate the pro-rated cost based on the remaining time in your current billing cycle. Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount on added seats.

3. Click Continue to pay for newly added editor seats. New seats will be activated immediately upon payment. If auto renew is enabled, future billing will reflect the total number of editor seats, including added seats.

Add / reduce seats for monthly subscriptions

For monthly Pro team plans, you can add or reduce editor seats in your subscription.

To adjust editor seats for your monthly subscription:

1. Click adjust editor seats on the Billing tab's Overview page.

2. Enter the total number of editor seats you want. If this number is higher than your current count, you'll pay a pro-rated cost for the added seats based on the remaining time in your current billing cycle. If this number is lower, the editor seats will be reduced.

3. Click Continue to purchase new seats or confirm seat reduction. New seats activate instantly upon payment, while reduced seats deactivate immediately after confirmation. If auto renew is enabled, future billing will reflect the updated number of editor seats.
