Cancel Pro team subscription

If you cancel or don't renew your Pro team subscription, your team will be downgraded to a Starter plan.

Due to Starter plan limitations, only 1 most recently created project and its 3 most recently created files will remain editable. All other projects and files will be locked as view-only. To continue using Creatie with a Starter plan, we suggest moving extra projects and files to other teams or removing unnecessary projects and files.

To delete your team with Pro team subscription, you need to cancel the subscription first.

Note: Teams owned by early adopters who registered for Creatie before Oct 31, 2024, will be downgraded to Starter plans on Jan 1, 2025.

Cancel your subscription

Team owners can cancel their Pro team subscription.

Before downgrading to the Starter plan (limited to 1 project and 3 files), we recommend managing your excess projects and files. You can either move them to other teams or remove them if no longer needed.

Your previous invoices will remain accessible on your team page, even after the subscription expires.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to the team page.
  2. Click the Billing tab.
  3. On the Overview page, click Cancel subscription.

For teams subscribing to Pro team plan for the first time and with a total subscription period not exceeding 14 days, Creatie will automatically process a refund upon cancellation. After the refund, the team will be immediately downgraded to the Starter plan.

For teams with a subscription period longer than 14 days:

  • Your Pro team plan will be downgraded to the Starter plan after a grace period of 3 calendar days following your current billing cycle's expiration.

  • Your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle and no further charges will be made.

  • Payments for the current billing cycle (annual or monthly) are non-refundable. If you reside in the EU, UK, or any region with mandatory refund laws, please contact us at support@creatie.ai for assistance.

Reactivate your subscription

For teams with a subscription period longer than 14 days, you can reactivate your teams at any time before downgrade occurs. This reactivation process allows you to continue your current subscription seamlessly.

Once the team is downgraded to the starter plan, the reactivation option is no longer available. If you wish to regain access to the Pro team plan, upgrade your team at any time as needed.
