Can I use Creatie for Free?
Yes. We have a free version available for everyone. However, for teams looking to collaborate seamlessly and use advanced features, we recommend subscribing to our Pro Team plan. It unlocks for you unlimited files, unlimited pages, team library, advanced prototype, advanced dev mode, and as well as early access to AI features during the beta period.
I'm an early user, what early adopter perks can I receive?
We deeply appreciate your early support and trust in Creatie. It meant the world to us as we worked on making Creatie better for you in the past several months! To express our gratitude, all early users who registered before October 31st 2024 will have free access to the Pro Team plan until December 31st 2024. Thank you for being part of our journey from the beginning.
Is Dev Mode free?
Absolutely! We firmly believe that smooth developer handoff is a crucial part of the design process, and should not be an upsell. Our Dev Mode feature is 100% free for all paid users, and our core inspection feature is 100% free for all free users. You don't need to pay for extra developer seats at any level. The core inspection features will be available to all users. When you subscribe to our paid plans, you'll unlock advanced Dev Mode features, including Design to Code functionality. However, even with these advanced features, you still don't need to pay for extra seats for your developers. All Developer Handoff features are included free with Viewer access, ensuring seamless collaboration between your design and development teams without any financial hurdles.
What's the usage limit for AI?
We want everyone to experience the power of our AI features. Our do have some limits to ensure sustainability of our business, but all free users will still have enough usage limits each month to explore our AI features, and all Pro Team users will have generous usage limits for typical day-to-day AI usage. Our goal is to empower you with AI-enhanced creativity and productivity without surprising costs or limitations. We're still assessing the usage pattern of our AI features, and may introduce an "AI Power User" add-on package for those with exceptionally heavy AI usage. But rest assured we will communicate any changes in a transparent manner.
Can I change the team size? / Can I invite other team members to my paid team?
Yes, you can easily adjust your team size. We also believe that it's important to keep your billing transparent and predictable. Therefore, when you add an editor seat that could affect your bills, you will be asked to pay a prorated amount, based on the days remaining in the current billing cycle. Starting in the next billing cycle, the additional team member will be added to your regular bills. Our goal is to provide you with a clear understanding of the costs associated with growing your team, so you can make informed decisions without any surprises.
Does everyone need a paid plan to collaborate?
No, as long as your team is still within the free plan limits, you can collaborate with your team without needing a paid subscription. However, once your team exceeds the free plan limits, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue collaborating on more files (you can still work on them within the limit of 1 project per team, 3 files per project, and 4 pages per file).
What if we invite guests to our paid team?
You can invite guests to your paid team as viewers without any extra charges. If you want to invite guests as editors, you can temporarily transfer an editor seat to editors. Before you send out any invitations, we will also confirm with you the expected charges for adding new members, so that you never experience surprise charges due to inviting guests. This is ideal for agencies working with clients or freelancers collaborating with multiple teams.
Can I still edit the files in the free version if I have exceeded the file limit?
In the free version, you can still edit the first 3 files you've created. However, files added beyond the initial 3 will be view-only until you upgrade to a paid plan.
Who can make and adjust your paid plans?
Only the owner of your team can make or adjust the paid plans. The admins of your team can view details of your paid plans in the "Billing" section of your team page, but cannot make adjustments of your paid plans. Other team members do not have access to the "Billing" section.
Where can I see a breakdown of all my seats and associated costs?
You can find a detailed breakdown of your seats and associated costs in your account settings. Navigate to the "Billing" section of your team page, in the "Overview" tab under the "Billing" section, you can view your current plan, team size, the corresponding charges, and the next billing date.
Where can I find my invoices?
All your invoices are easily accessible in your account settings. Simply go to the "Billing" section and click on the "Invoices" tab. From there, you can view, download, or print your invoices.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept credit cards by major providers such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Can I get a refund? How?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Creatie experience. If for any reason you're unhappy with your subscription within the first 14 days, you can request a full refund, no questions asked. Simply click "Cancel Subscription" in the "Billing & Seats" section of your account settings, and your refund will be processed automatically. Please note that after the initial 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, if you encounter any issues or are dissatisfied with Creatie, we're here to help. Reach out to us through the in-app support channel or email us at support@creatie.ai with a detailed description of your concerns. Our dedicated team will work closely with you to address any problems and ensure you have the best possible experience with Creatie.
